This role, reporting to the Sales Director, offers a terrific opportunity for a customer-centric, self-motivated, and focused Sales Operations professional to help support the team, business, and sales process for Summit 360. As the Sales Operations Supervisor, you will have a voice in a growing company and be responsible for driving the implementation of sales processes and strategic initiatives to ensure consistency in the execution of best practices, processes, and tools across the organization. You must show versatility in responding to competing priorities and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Be Ready To…

  • Oversee and lead our Sales Operations team members through monitoring work and measuring results; establish and enforce individual accountability in the team
  • Tools and Technology Lead: become an expert in our Sales tools and systems, including HubSpot and NetSuite. Create workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Data Steward: Utilize our “Sales Data” – including discovering and implementing methods to cleanse, scrub, segment, and develop models/ analysis to support our decision making and strategy.
  • Project Management: Manage projects impacting the Sales department from start to finish, involving other individuals and departments as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining internal knowledge bases for Sales team by collaboratively documenting and refining sales systems, processes, best practices, and policies.
  • Manage a plan to ensure Summit 360 inbound phone calls are professionally handled.
  • Participate in the selection and hiring of Sales and Sales Operations team members as needed.

What You Bring to Summit 360:

  • Business degree preferred
  • 1-3 years in a B2B Sales Operations/Enablement Role, ideally in an Inside Sales environment
  • Experience with successfully leading and overseeing the work of others
  • Demonstrated understanding of the B2B sales process, preferably within the Technology industry
  • Desire and willingness for constant professional improvement
  • Very strong analytical capabilities and impeccable attention to detail
  • Technically savvy with Sales and Marketing technologies; HubSpot and NetSuite experience a plus!
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Outstanding work-ethic and initiative to take on new tasks and adapt to different situations
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills while managing a heavy workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team, as well as dynamically leading a team
